FOOD PLOT SEED
Seed for wildlife habitat plantings may include sorghum, soybeans, corn, and sunflower, depending on yearly availability.
NO-TILL DRILL
A 6' Great Plains No-Till Drill is available for large acreage planting to help establish habitat with minimal soil disturbance.

Food Plot Seed Program
Each year, Wings Over Wisconsin works with distributors to make food plot seed available to individuals interested in planting necessary animal habitat. If available, sorghum, soybeans, corn, and sunflower are typically on hand beginning each May.

PROTECTING WISCONSIN HABITAT
STARTS WITH AWARENESS
Wisconsin's wetlands, marshlands, prairies, forests, lakes, and rivers are more than beautiful places on the landscape. They provide food, shelter, nesting cover, clean water, flood protection, and outdoor opportunities for wildlife and people.

Invasive species such as Phragmites, Purple Loosestrife, Reed Canary Grass, Buckhorn, Garlic Mustard, Japanese Knotweed, Spotted Knapweed, Wild Parsnip, Eurasian Watermifoil, and Zebra Mussels threaten Wisconsin's natural areas. When left unmanaged, they crowd out native plans, reduce wildlife habitat, limit access, damage water quality, increase restoration costs, and make it harder for future generations to enjoy the outdoors.
